Stefan is a U.S. Air Force veteran, husband, and proud father of three. After serving five years on active duty, including a deployment to Afghanistan, he brought the same grit, discipline, and mission-first mindset into the fitness world.

For over 14 years, Stefan has dedicated himself to mastering the craft of transformation—combining real-world performance systems with elite-level coaching to serve those who serve. In 2021, he founded Pursuit Health & Performance with a clear mission: Help first responders, military professionals, and medical personnel reclaim their edge physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Coach Mike is a 12-year performance veteran, professional coach, and active-duty police officer who brings unmatched versatility to the Pursuit team. With a background as a professional fighter, gymnast, and purple belt in jiu-jitsu, Mike blends raw power with elite body control and trains clients to perform with precision in the most demanding environments.

Mike isn’t just a coach; he’s lived the mission! He’s competed across three seasons of the Navy SEAL tactical survival series Surviving MANN, earning a finalist spot on the show’s most elite season. Whether it’s the streets, the mat, or the mountains, Mike is the guy you want in your corner when things get real

His coaching style is rooted in resilience, mobility, and tactical performance—perfect for the high-pressure careers Pursuit serves. Coach Ryne is an elite strength and conditioning coach with 8+ years of experience training athletes and high performers to move with power, precision, and confidence. A former collegiate hockey player, Ryne brings a deep understanding of athletic performance under pressure and translates that directly into his coaching.

He’s worked with everyone from youth athletes to top-tier competitors, helping them build strength, speed, and resilience through structured, high-impact training systems. His specialty? Engineering performance through movement mastery so every rep drives results without grinding down the body.

With advanced degrees in Athletic Training and Exercise Science, plus top-tier certifications in mobility and neuromuscular performance, Ryne is the technician behind the transformation. He believes that the fastest path to elite performance isn’t doing more, it’s moving better. And that’s exactly what he builds into every Pursuit plan.

Josh Bennett

Coach Josh brings nearly two decades of frontline experience to the Pursuit team. With 19 years as a paramedic and the last 3 years serving as a firefighter lieutenant, and former SWAT medic. Josh knows exactly what it takes to perform under pressure when lives are on the line.

But Josh isn’t just a tactical professional; he’s lived the transformation our clients chase. After struggling with his own weight and performance, he turned to Pursuit and dropped 80 lbs, rebuilt his confidence, and forged the strongest version of himself. That personal journey fuels how he leads today.

As a former CrossFit gym owner, proud dad, and youth coach, Josh is all about building leaders—at home, on the job, and in the gym. He specializes in helping men in high-stress careers reclaim their strength, reignite their energy, and lead by example in every area of life.
