This program is designed for those who want to burn fat, build muscle and create an aesthetic body. Through a combination of strength training and mobility training, you will develop a physique that is lean aesthetic and injury free. We work with you 1-1 to create a custom program designed to shred body fat and sculpt the areas of the body you want to develop
Yes, we encourage people to try to have as much of a routine as possible because it does create more consistency in their program, but your program is customized to you so if you are traveling your coach will load travel work out for you if you choose to work out while you are traveling
The short answer is yes, however, we do work with some people that choose to train at their house a few days a week and also train at the gym a few days a week. If you have an ample amount of equipment or are willing to invest a little bit in some equipment for your home gym then that should 100% work! We do notice that our clients that go to a gym tend to be much more consistent than clients that work out from home which is one reason that we don’t do at-home programming. Also, with minimal equipment, it is hard to make continuous progress. If you are unsure please book a free call with a coach to discuss what program would be best for you based on your access to a gym or the equipment you have available to use.
You meet with your coach within 48 hours of signing up and have an extensive onboarding call where you go over your physical capabilities/health history, your specific goals, your nutrition, and basically anything you can think of regarding your health and fitness journey. This ensures that they will create a program that meets you where you are at. If you were at the very beginning then that is fine! Our coaches are very experienced and have worked with clients of ALL fitness levels
